I am Richard M. Green, a Huntington Beach immigration attorney serving clients in Orange County, throughout Southern California and worldwide. As a solo practitioner, I provide personalized guidance to each of my clients at every step of the immigration process.
A native of Huntington Beach, I was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1998. After practicing at the law office of John C. Nelson in Newport Beach and as in-house counsel for a technology company in Massachusetts, I started my own practice, primarily focused on immigration law, in 2001.

Unlike many immigration lawyers, I do not charge for an initial consultation. Once I am retained, I am able to handle most matters for flat fees agreed upon in advance. I keep my fees reasonable and competitive, and I accept credit cards and other payment options.
